Jenni Harrison
Jenni is the founder of Pink + Red, and oversees projects coming through the house. Jenni built her experience for 15 years, from theatre costume departments to directing film.
After a shift into leading media and marketing teams in 2017, she combined her experience to develop a unique skillset equipped to build audiences and blow them away.
Alongside her work with the house, she is also deeply passionate about building a music industry in her home city of Hull, proactively supporting grassroots scenes and representing her city in various official capacities.

Lucy Tessier
Based in Leeds and working across music, arts, and the wider creative industries, Lucy is a communications and digital media specialist at Pink + Red. She knows exactly what editors want, what producers are listening for, and the roadmap to getting there. That instinct has won her clients placements in Rolling Stone UK, NME, DIY, Clash and onto shows across the BBC and beyond. With a background spanning music journalism, artist publicity, digital marketing, and events, she knows the industry from every angle.
Away from the desk, she's the vocalist behind Part-Time Model and a credited contributor on more projects than she can count. She also loves a good gig, which is probably why she's so good at this.
Writer, Composer, Producer and multi-instrumentalist. Eddi is a founding member of two globally-renowned metal bands, ghostwriter for high-profile rock acts, and composer across theatre, film and installation. He also provides graphic design and set/prop building services to the house.
EDDI PICKARD
Photographer and Videographer specialising in music, events and documentary work, he captures people, places and their energy through analogue and digital media. His credits span record labels, artists and youth development charities across Yorkshire and beyond and is a Royal Television Society award winner.
LUKE HALLET
Multidisciplinary designer, Creative director.founder of Studio Blue Creative. Over a decade of experience in branding, web, photography and illustration, creating visual identities that are bold, story-driven and rooted in purpose. Clients include Mandarin Oriental, Freedom Festival, Middle Child Theatre and Hugh Rice Jewellers.
JESSY ZSCHORN
Cut her teeth in the fetish scene, capturing underground icons from Tokyo to Berlin. Rooted in subculture, trained in fine art, and shaped by years of building sets and sculpting light, she is an incredible concept photographer. Sway bends high-concept storytelling with raw human presence across campaign shoots and personal portraits.
SWAY
Award-winning hair stylist and salon owner with a background in fashion, music and editorial. From backstage at arena shows to on-set for campaigns, her credits include Blink 182, Papa Roach, The Corrs, London Fashion Week and multiple British Hairdressing Awards shoots. Beth brings energy, humour and care to every collaboration.
